The following information is needed to obtain an RMA:
- Customer Name
- Invoice Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for Return
Return goods must be received in unused condition in the original box with original packing and must include all instruction manuals and hardware.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. It is recommended that return shipments are sent insured and by a method that can be tracked.
No refund will be issued for items damaged during return shipping.
No refunds will be issued for custom or special order items or full size lightbars.
Items returned in used condition or with missing parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
